1 year of experience working in operations and maintenance of a commercial or institutional facility AND BOC Fundamentals of Energy Efficient Building Operations certificate or one year of technical college level education in a facilities engineering related program.

2+ years of experience in energy management of facilities with a focus on operations and maintenance.

Which training eligibility requirements do you meet?

A technical degree and three years of experience working in operations and maintenance of a commercial or institutional facility.

A union membership at journey level and three years of experience.

BOC Level I Training Certificate of Completion or Certification and four years of experience.
